📦 Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-4  business days (Monday–Thursday) from our studio in Texas. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Processing time does not include transit time.

Shipping Timeframes
Delivery timelines depend on the shipping method selected at checkout. Please note that all delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

USPS Ground Advantage: 2–7 business days
USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days (not guaranteed)
UPS Ground: 1–7 business days depending on destination
UPS 3 Day Select: 3 business days
UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 business days
UPS Next Day Air: 1 business day
Weekends and holidays are not considered transit days for any carrier.
The day your order is dropped off is not counted as a transit day.

Carrier Delays
Once your order leaves our studio, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. We highly recommend placing your order at least 2 weeks before your event date to allow for both processing and shipping time.

Shipping Method Adjustments
We reserve the right to upgrade or adjust your shipping method at our discretion to ensure the safest and fastest delivery possible.

🚫 Returns & Refunds

At this time, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges. Due to the nature of our products and the customization involved, all sales are final.

If you believe there is an issue with your order (e.g. wrong item, missing items, or damage), please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 business days so we can make it right.

  • Custom kits are ineligible for return under all circumstances

  • We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for delays caused by shipping carriers

Plan Ahead

To ensure your order arrives in time for your event, we strongly recommend ordering at least 2 weeks before your celebration date.

Carrier delays are common during holidays, storms, and peak seasons. We are not responsible for late deliveries caused by USPS, UPS, weather, or transit issues.

Once Your Package Has Shipped

Once your order is handed off to USPS or UPS, it is no longer in our control.
We are not responsible for:

  • Delayed packages

  • Lost packages

  • Mis-scans

  • Transit errors

  • Incorrect delivery by the carrier

If your package shows delayed, lost, or “delivered” but you cannot locate it, please open a claim directly with the carrier.
