Welcome to Glitterati Party Shop! By placing an order or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully.

1. Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your access to and use of our website and services, including purchases from Glitterati Party Shop. By accessing our site or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use this site. By using the site, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • Orders are processed in the order they are received.

  • Please allow 2–4 business days for production before shipment.

  • Weekends and holidays do not count as production days.

  • Processing time does not include shipping/transit time.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or misuse.

 

4. Shipping Policy

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

  • Customers are encouraged to place orders at least 2 weeks before their event.

  • Once a package is in the hands of USPS or UPS, it is beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations at this time.

If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, you must contact us at glitteratipartyshop@gmail.com within 7 business days of delivery with photos and your order number so we can evaluate the issue.

We reserve the right to deny refund or replacement requests that fall outside of these terms.

6. Product Use & Safety

Products sold on our website, especially balloons and party supplies, are for decorative use only and are not toys. Balloons pose a choking hazard and should never be left with children unattended.

We are not liable for injuries, damages, or misuse of any product after delivery.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site (photos, product names, descriptions, branding, logos, etc.) is the intellectual property of Glitterati Party Shop. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our materials without written permission.

8. Pricing & Promotions

  • Prices are listed in USD and subject to change without notice.

  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service at any time.

  • Promotional codes cannot be applied retroactively to past orders.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glitterati Party Shop is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our site, products, or services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
